Platform Status Note: At launch, all educational interactive games are created and published by our team (PGC). We plan to launch a verified educational developer program in future releases, allowing approved educational developers to publish their own educational interactive content on the platform.

1. Service Description

[App Name] is an educational interactive platform for learning games and creative educational experiences. Users can play interactive educational games, and in future versions, access content published by verified educational developers.

2. Account & Eligibility

• You must meet the minimum age requirement set by your local jurisdiction to create an account.
• Children below the age of consent need parent/guardian approval before account registration.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account. Keep your account credentials secure.
• Educational developers (future feature) must complete identity verification before submitting content.

3. Content Rules

3.1 Current PGC Content

All games available at launch are developed, reviewed and published by us.

3.2 Future Educational Developer Content

When our developer program is active, approved educational developers may submit educational content for our pre-publication review.

Submitted content must not be illegal, violent, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, blasphemous, copyright-infringing, harassing or bullying.

We maintain pre-release review and ongoing moderation for developer-submitted content. We may reject, remove or take down developer content at our discretion, and suspend developer access for serious violations.

4. Virtual Items & IAP (If applicable)

• Any virtual currency, virtual assets, membership or unlocked educational materials are licensed digital items for use only inside this App.
• Virtual assets cannot be redeemed for real cash, cannot be resold, traded or cashed out.
• Purchases are processed via Huawei IAP. Refunds follow Huawei's IAP refund policy.
• Parents may restrict child in-app purchases.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify the App or bypass content filters
• Use bots, automation tools to spam or abuse platform resources
• Harass, threaten or bully other users
• Use the platform for unauthorized commercial promotion
• Circumvent regional content restrictions

6. Intellectual Property

All platform trademarks, engine code, built-in assets, software and logos belong to [Your Company Full Name].

PGC content is our intellectual property. Future developer-submitted content remains the IP of the developer, subject to the license granted to us.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Once developer content is enabled, we act as a host and reviewer for third-party educational works, subject to local safe harbour rules where applicable.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, commit serious content violations or breach local laws.

For educational developers (future), we may revoke developer privileges for breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

For users in EU, UK and KSA: local mandatory consumer and data protection laws apply.

11. Updates

We may update these Terms. We will notify users of material changes inside the App.
